Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Users may cancel any premium services by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests are processed within 24-48 hours.

2. Admission Inquiry Cancellation

Once an admission inquiry is submitted to an educational institution, it cannot be cancelled as the information is immediately shared with the institution.

3. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion by emailing privacy@tnskools.com. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

4. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

• Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle
• No prorated refunds for partial months
• Continued access until the end of paid period
